Are they Hypoallergenic?  Our rings are manufactured from medical-grade silicone which is hypoallergenic.

Do you have half sizes?  We only have full sizes at this time.

How many single rings do people wear at one time?  Our rings are designed to stack interchangeably, so you can wear as many or as few as you like.  Most people, though, wear three on a finger.  How many fingers you wear Staggerings on is up to you!

The color looked different in the picture?   We try to accurately represent each color faithfully.  However, device settings such as contrast and brightness may sometimes cause the colors to appear lighter (or darker) than the actual ring.

What if my size is sold out?  If we’re out of the ring you want send us an e-mail at info@staggerings.com and we’ll be sure to notify you when the ring is back in stock.

How do I create my own bundle?  All the rings in our Harmony Series are designed to stack with each other.  Go to the tab marked "Single Rings" and simply pick the form factor (style) and color that you want, and then choose your size.  You can bundle as many as you like together.

Who are these for?  Staggerings silicone rings are designed to be fun fashion accessories for anyone who wants to show off their own unique style.  They’re flexible and durable, great for active lifestyles.  They are comfortable enough to wear all day long, and with so many colors and styles you can mix and match them to go wherever you go.

How do you clean your rings?  Our rings clean up with soap and warm water.

Where are you located?  Staggerings, LLC is located in beautiful Fort Collins, CO.
How long have you been in business?  Staggerings, LLC was founded in March, 2019.


Shipping

How long will it take for my rings to arrive?  Shipments generally take 5 to 7 days to arrive once they leave our warehouse.  All packages ship via US Postal Service, and occasionally some shipments take longer.  Staggerings, LLC cannot guarantee that your shipment will arrive by a certain date.

How long does it take you  to ship my order?  All orders are shipped within 3 days.

Do you ship with tracking info?  Customers receive e-mail notification that their order has shipped once the product has left our warehouse.  This notification includes a USPS tracking number that can be used to track each order.

What if my tracking says in transit, with no further information, and doesn’t seem to update?  Once an order has left our warehouse we have no control over the delivery of the product.  Occasionally orders get delayed in transit.  We have been informed that the US Postal Service has been experiencing delays in certain regions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  If you are concerned about the delivery of your order, please contact your local post office to determine if they are experiencing known delays.

Do you offer expedited or international shipping?  No, not at this time.
